A guide to obtaining your tickets from the online trade fair ticket service

Booking step 1: Selection of trade fair or event
First select the requested trade fair or event in the main screen.

Booking step 2: Selection of tickets
Select ‘Purchase admission tickets’ on this event page.

Booking step 3: Specify number of tickets required
Enter the number of tickets you require. Add these to your shopping basket by clicking on the basket symbol. You can add further tickets to your shopping basket at any time by clicking on ‘PURCHASE MORE’, repeating booking steps 1 to 3 and following the instructions given.

Booking step 4: Payment
When you have placed all your required tickets in the shopping basket, click on ‘CHECKOUT’. In the next screen, please enter your customer information. Then click on ‘CONTINUE’.

In the next screen, all tickets which have been placed in the shopping basket will be listed. Before continuing with the order, you can add further tickets at any time by clicking on ‘PURCHASE MORE’. Or you can change the amount of tickets ordered by clicking on ‘Revise’. In this case, click once more on ‘UPDATE SHOPPING BASKET’ and follow the instructions given.

The tickets ordered and the customer information entered will be displayed once again. Before clicking on ‘PURCHASE’, you must confirm that you have read the General Terms and Conditions. These can be accessed at all times by simply clicking on the General Terms and Conditions button.

You will then be asked to select your payment method:
- Payment by credit card (American Express, Mastercard or VISA)
The amount payable will be immediately deducted from the credit card provided.
- Immediate transfer
The amount payable will be deducted from the current account provided.
Please follow the instructions given.

To finish, please click on ‘CONCLUDE PURCHASE’.
Your order has been completed!

Invoice and tickets " Immediate print-out and delivery per E-mail
The tickets ordered and your invoice can be printed out as soon as they have been ordered.
In addition, the invoice and tickets ordered will be sent to the E-mail address already provided within a few minutes, latest within 24 hours.
